Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY As a courtesy to our instructing artists and required class preparation, we have developed the following refund policies. STUDENT WITHDRAWL - A full refund if you withdraw 6 days prior to the event, after that a full refund less a $5-$10 cancellation fee. No portion of the fee paid will be refunded after the first class of the session. Notification of withdrawal - must be made via email, artistic.exploration51@gmail.com or phone, 603-279-1255. *Cancellation due to medical concerns or due to illness will be considered for possible refund, make up class or credit towards another workshop. Cancellation of Classes - If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, students will be notified prior to the start date and will receive a full refund. Weather, Unforeseen Cancellation, or Delay - In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen events, Marilee Sundius will reach out via text message or email to notify you of class cancellation or delay. If classes are canceled due to weather or any unforeseen circumstance, Marilee Sundius will do her best to reschedule canceled class(es) or workshop on the next available date. If for some reason a class cannot be rescheduled, participants will receive a refund for the canceled class(es) or a credit that can be used towards another session/class within one year of the date of issue.
